      ·  Carrier Reports

Carrier reports list information that is specific to each carrier. All carrier reports are generated daily and are a culmination of data from the first of the month to the current date.

    Access Reports here.

      ·  Call Detail Report

The Call Detail report simply lists the details of all completed calls for a site during the given time period. The information provided for each call is the call date and time, the call duration, the call cost, the destination phone number, the call type, and how the call was paid for.

      ·  MIN NPA-NXX Report

The MIN NPA-NXX report lists how many attempts (call attempts and complete calls) were made from the listed NPA-NXX extensions for the site during the given time period.

      ·  Carrier Revenue Report

The Carrier Revenue report details the number and types of calls, with the total commission amount for the carrier for a site during the given time period. The details given for the site include the site number, the market name, the number of abandoned calls, the number of attempted calls, the number of completed calls, the total number of minutes for the completed calls, and the ratio of completed calls to call attempts. The gross revenue is not the total amount of money collected for the completed calls, but instead is the carrier's gross revenue, or the total commission amount for the calls.

      ·  Daily Call Count Report

The Daily Call Count report lists each market. The total complete calls for each day for a market is listed. The individual days are either for the first half of the month or the last half of the month. If the report is for the last half of the month, then the total number of completed calls for the first half of the month is shown in the "Accum" column.

The footer of the report then has information for all markets, or basically the totals for the carrier. Each of these rows details the information for each day and then totals it for each row. Each row also has an "Accum" column where the first half of the month total is represented. The first row is the total completed calls. The second row is the total minutes for those completed calls. The third row is the total billings, which is the total commission amount collected for the carrier. The fourth row is the average amount of commissioned money collected per call and the last row is the average number of minutes used for each call.

      ·  All Sites Carrier Revenue Report

This report contains the same information as the Carrier Revenue report except that it combines all of the sites' information into one report and then totals them which represents the totals for the carrier.
